Easy to use and have had no problems so far. It's great that you can add extra time from your phone and it warns you when your time is about to run out. Update: app is good in general, but it is really stupid that you can't extend your time once it runs out. Instead of just allowing you to add time retroactively to when it expired, the app locks you out. The dumbest part is that the city actually loses money because I'd pay the extra hour, but they don't really patrol and give people tickets.

Way too many bugs. App wont open. Sits on opening screen and wont load. Come on guys, its 2019, we cant get a simple parking app to function? Tried updating, no luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. Guess I'll take the parking ticket now that I'm already sitting down 15 minutes away. Bet their parking enforcement system is still running to write tickets. Guess we know where the priority is. Nice job clowns.

My wife and I both downloaded the most recent version of the app yesterday. Both Android (Marshmallow and Nougat, LG G5 and LG G6). App hangs at startup for a few minutes to indefinitely before launching. Stays stuck at FC logo. Wife was eventually able to start an account and use app. I was unable to use it. I had to use the pay station instead, and although I entered my phone number for an expiration reminder, I never got a text notification. Wish this was as easy and reliable as ParkMobile.

I have been in jury duty for the last 5 days. I have not been able to access your app all week. I only see the logo frozen on my screen. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc. Still nothing. VERY frustrated and disappointed.

The app's launch screen ("FC") should be changed to add a message: close the app, turn on the phone's location, then open the app again. Otherwise it gets hung up on the FC screen indefinitely.
