Continuously opens a link from the gallery and crashes itself. I can't ever get to the full gallery, because it keeps opening a link in Chrome and crashing. Useless.

Honestly, I hate to leave PASS but I agree with a previous reviewer who said ever since PASS rolled out their paid version the classic version has gone massively downhill. I woke up this morning to all of my galleries not being visible in the app, so of course I'm sure that means my clients can't see their galleries either. last time I couldnt upload images for over a month it took 2.5 weeks to even get a first response from them, and no one ever followed up with me, I had to keep emailing.

I was really excited to try this.and I tried this straight through the online link on my phone, the pass classic app and the pass gallery & store. NONE of them worked for me. The online (on my phone) was so small and gray letters, you CANNOT EVEN SEE WHAT IT SAYS nor would it allow me to upload multiple photos. The other 2 apps wouldn't let me log in AT ALL or gave me THE WHITE SCREEN TOO. Please work on your apps before you release it to the public. It was sadly a waste of my valuable time.

I've been using this company for years and lately since they came out with their new premium account to grab more money from us, they have left us normal account holders in the dark. Service is nonexistent, and app bugs fixed have come to a halt. My clients are angry with their download system. I've already moved to a better company but sadly my years of album still exist with them. I highly recommend not using this company. I am extremely unsatisfied with their service.

I would give this app 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that it has a bug. It is constantly running in the background and to get it to force stop you have to uninstall and reinstall. It never use to do this until about 5-6 months ago. It drains my battery and really frustrates me.

Awful. Don't bother if you have an Android phone. My wedding photographer utilized this app for both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. The app won't even open. Just force closes itself when you attempt to run it. Tried downloading it on my ipad so I could at least see the photos but nope.
