Considering I have bought and registered the device, WHY do I need to register this app? WHY do I need to give parrot my email address? WHY am I pestered to do both of these things once a week at least, it seems? WHY do I need this app? Looks like another cynical bit of data gathering and device intrusion to me! I mean really you need an app to find your car? You can't just remember its location? This app offers nothing but a chance for some long term data mining.

Doesn't seem to do anything it didn't do before I gave this app more permissions than I've given anything, ever. What's the point? Also email input goes mental on Note 4.

I turn the unit on and it tells me to charge the battery, I then check the battery status on the slide button on the unit and it tells me battery 100%. Confused !!

I have a Galaxy S5 phone. I upgraded from Neo to Neo 2 HD, i had major problems installing Neo 2 HD softwear on the phone. When i asked to dial a contact it came up with some obscure name it was trying to dial out. Got in touch with support via email, after 3 days of suggestions, we discovered the Neo 2 wasn't programmed to recognise contact names written in upper case. So buyer beware. The developers need to fix this issue.

I cannot use the "Find my car feature". Instead of the map with the position, it appears a promotional video of the device!!!!!

Not functioning properly on Android 7.0. App doesn't all access to device. Works though on iPhone
