First summer with anafi was great no issue. Then about 2 years ago, I downloaded the update and since then have not been able to connect my skycontroller. Even though the app does not display a connection, I know the controller still works because the drone reacts to controller inputs. I reached out to Parrot to try and claim my warranty of course but was 1 month too late and after weeks of email correspondence, was turned away with no resolution. Latest update did not fix the issue either

App worked fine on my S9, took some great slow motion videos with it. Upgraded my phone to an S20 FE 5G and now it can't get past the terms and conditions without crashing. My two Anafi units are now both paperweights until I can check the firmware.

Awful...app crashes as soon as it opens. Deleted app and reinstalled, no luck. I've used this app in the past with no issues. Pixel 3xl. Please fix ASAP.

After the latest update the gimbal does not react, nor calibrates. Literally the same day before the update it flew lovely. Real disappointment, especially because I love the drone!

Controller wont conect to drone cos the owners of this app buggerd settings....ie broadcast DRI....would help if we all could click on it to make it work...but nope...sort it out guys....

The app is very good imo and very user friendly. Much better overall than apps I've used with lower budget drones and has a lot more options for flight modes and camera. It has worked very well for me for going on two years with my LG V35 phone. The only issues I have had with loss of connection or crashing were not app related but turned out to be a bad usb cable port the phone itself. I don't know why others have struggled with the app but it's very work well with both my LG phone and ipad.
