App sucks big time, in order to login company code need to obtained from customer service which asks the extension number.. How on the Earth we are suppose to know the extension number. So I couldn't login, which defeats the purpose of app. Shenton Medicals should invest in technology infrastructure, get some smart people to develop app.

Very bad experience. Cannot view e-card at all and app crashes. Is there proper testing done before go-live? Please make sure the app is working well if you dont want to issue me a physical card.
