One of the worst apps I have ever used. Best to just use a laptop and book online

This is like a those Korean apps, where presumably the English version was created as a rushed afterthought. First of all, the app can't find the booking, using the reference provided to me by the airline. When you do manage to check in online, the app doesnt retain the boarding pass! Lucky for me I took a screenshot. The app doesn't work if the phone is in airline mode, even if youre connected to the Internet via wifi; so much about this app is clumsy and illogical.

Frustrating! By far the worst app I have had to deal with. I'm trying to book seats and when I go to pay for them, it brings me back to the home page. Doesn't even show my purchased tickets. I have tried several times, the one time it brought me to a payment option it was forcing me to install a security app that is poorly rated. Tried to down load that app just so I could make a payment and guess what happened? It brought me to the home page.

Don't waste your time, the app is as useless as their website, got errors on everything I tried to do. For the first in my life i can't make the online checking because the buttons don't work, the calendars have errors, total nightmare....

Like any website or application in Korea, this one is slow, clunky, and difficult to navigate. For such an advanced country you'd think Korea would be at the forefront of Internet technologies. Unfortunately it remains stuck in the past with it's cumbersome and stupid application designs.
