Upgrade to payment feature only accepts ACH, not even a debit card or better yet a credit card, which is extremely unsecure. Do you really trust this gas station chain with your ACH and routing numbers? Sketchy. So that means that unless you are willing to hand them your bank draft numbers, they won't give you their PumpPal discount, which sounds illegal in some jurisdictions.

The drive up window station was out of order with a note stating to pull up to pickup window. I waited near 10 minutes blew my horn to no avail, there was several cars waiting behind me. I then pull around and went inside to enquire, the Attendent stated there was no one to assist in drive thru & main lobby took preference. The signage should have said , "Out of Order" please come in. This was my 1st experience using the drive thru, convenient but not good.

Used to be good. Newer editions don't show all gas station prices in map mode. Makes having app worthless. deleting app and will shop elsewhere for fueling needs.

I LOVE Parker's. I go multiple times a day. This app is great for discounts on cigarettes and drinks, but doesnt keep track of my points for gas discounts. the emails i get are on a points scale and seem to keep track, but there's no points scale on the app. its supposed to track how much you spend, and did so for a few days then stopped. The app has told me for a few months that ive spent $15.10 and doesn't increase past that, but the emails im sent progress in how many "points" ive earned?

had the card 4 days so far and have used it Twice in store. So far the second transaction isn't showing up on my rewards points Yet ive received an email that i have them. If i get them within 24 hours ill change my rating. However waiting 24 hours to get an updated rewards is a bit much. Personally i think you should be able to get them and use them right away. Like most reward cards...

A recent update has ruined this app. I am unable to use the app to pay for gas. It's keeps forcing me to slide the rewards card which my husband keeps in his wallet. I was forced to use my debit card at the pump which is big No No for me.
