Rubbish. Instead of paying for parking, they done a stuffy uselles app. Complicated, slow,blocking your phone in desperate rush to steal your data. They wanted to copy Tripadvisor? Uninstall imedietely. I don't trust them with my financial details. I hope somebody get sacked.

It has a lot to improve on. Can't update payment card, it doesn't remember your favorite place or quickly show you the nearest location. I have to search for it every time. Even with my GPS on it defaults to locations 20 miles away. Lastly it often flat out doesn't work where it doesn't respond to tap engagements. Good service, just need to improve the app.

So I opened the app, put in all my parking details, payment details, and then submitted the request and the app went straight to the home screen. No payment confirmation. I then try to search the app for proof of completion, or something, and the app literally broke itself on my phone. Crashed in app and then crashes whilst the app opens. I then did the same on the Park Jockey website, no issues. Really quick form-filling, etc. I check my emails and it turns out I eventually paid twice!...

Shame there's no minus 5* rating. The most useless app ever invented. I've just left a car park and have no idea if my payment went through. Avoid and no local authority should be using this

Pretty good that you can autopay your parking without queuing at a machine. However, the app itself is garbage. I can messages about it crashing even when I'm not using the app. On top of that, the keyboard covers most of the screen when typing so you can't see if you've entered everything correctly (And you can't minimise the keyboard either). Pain in the backside to use

If you deny the privacy stealing permissions the app locks up and continues spamming endless further permission requests.
