It keeps giving me an invalid credentials error as I try logging in. I log in fine through a browser so I'm not sure why it doesn't register my login credentials through the app. I'm disappointed that this doesn't work. I'll have to access Parcel Pending through my browser everytime I need it. What an inconvenience.

Just updated the app 2 days ago and now the feature to open the locker straight from the app is no longer there when I try to retrieve my packages. That was the best part of the app. What is going on?!?

I have never been down to pick u packages from this machine/locker thing because I can't walk right now, but two of my caregivers have used it and have found it to be very user friendly.

At the beginning the app let me open boxes without touching the lockers but that doesn't seem to be available anymore and that's unfortunate

This is an updated review to reflect my new experience. Spoiler alert: it still sucks. The app itself is clunky and unresponsive. Right now it's telling me it has connectivity issues so it doesn't work at all. I'm not even going to get into the safety aspects of the creepy little lockers used for the packages. Honestly, if you have a choice between buildings don't choose one with Parcel Pending
