A developer has responded but neither answer is correct. Please see paradox support ticket 048947 for more info. Why can't I change the phone alarm sound???? When the alarm goes off I then have to listen to it going off like a siren on my phone too. ...which is incredibly annoying!!!! I want to be able to change it to my own tone or to vibrate or even to silent should I choose. It is completely ridiculous that it does not give this ability. Also I cannot arm a zone in "instant" mode. Why not?

The notification that tells me that notifications are on is basically the worst, please just run it in the background like all of my other apps. Please please please! Just struggling to connect almost always with very delayed notifications when alarm goes off. Ever since the update with panic button this app has been broken...I wish I didn't have to use it.

This app has worked fine until now. It fails to connect to the site, showing "connecting to the site" for hours. Sometimes, when I forget to arm my home via remote, i would not be able to arm it via phone app. Please resolve this issue. Otherwise, it is a good app.

Update 2021 (two years later): This app is a nightmare... Lagging, not connecting, has to be cleaned once per 2-3 months cause after a number of notifications it is not showing any new notifications. Also in 2021 it had ZERO smart features and demands annual subscription... This company/app is a joke Doing just the basics. 2019 and no biometric unlock option, lagging and having a lot of bugs.

Terrible app. Extremely slow and often just doesn't work/connect. One is forced to pay for this app if you have a Paradox alarm system. Poor show for an app that is a paid app, and not cheap at that. It is so slow that I have had to buy remote controllers because the app is too slow to be frustrated with every time one wants to use the alarm. And it's a joke that it has a "panic" feature. By the time the app loads and connects, the panic situation will be long over.

Just very slow server time. Edit -after support contacted me I realized its not only the app its the whole development and support behind the app thats a problem too. Basically I followed supports instructions and now the slow app won't open and constantly crashes. Important lesson here don't complain it could be worse. Again I can't believe I have to pay annually for this service.
