Using BlueStacks

En el proceso de realizar la cotización no pasa de la sección "Riesgos" se queda cargando y se bloquea, cuando edito los equipos existentes se cierra la app, no deja borrar equipos, luego de agregar equipos nuevos y al ingresar de nuevo a la app no están guardados, tengo instalada la versión más reciente.

Puedo terminar la cotización pero no la envía, solo me dice que ha ocurrido un error y lo vuelva a intentar más tarde, porque no puedo generar un PDF y guardarlo en mi celular????

Hubiera sido genial si tan sólo funcionara. Se queda cargando después de la parte de riesgos. Es una pena que no sirva porque era buena la intención.

Lamentablemente tras seleccionar el riesgo la aplicación no avanza, se queda en el icono de carga. El perfil está completamente diligenciado, la aplicación actualizada, dispositivo Samsung S9+, Versión Android: 9

Se cierra la aplicación 9 de cada 10 veces que intento hacer una cotización o consulta de las que ya he hecho. Esto antes no sucedía.
