Dal 2007 l’azienda è alimentata da un nuovo impianto fotovoltaico di rilevanti dimensioni, che produce 100.000 kw/h di energia pulita.
Ogni anno vengono così evitati l’emissione in atmosfera di 70 tonnellate di anidride carbonica e l’inutile consumo e spostamento di 24 tonnellate di petrolio.
