Giving a tracking option is always a great thing. That being said, if that option is given then it should really show where the driver is with your order. Like other delivery apps do.. Being able to track my order but not being able to see where my order is once it's on it's way can be frustrating sometimes. Especially when the delivery is late.

The "tracker" is nice, but if you’re going to show a map, it would be nice to see where the driver is, so I know when they're getting close. Other apps have this. Why not you? I've just discovered a new issue (for me). I just moved, and suddenly the app says my CC information is invalid. But, there's no place to update the only information that has changed.

The app is not user friendly, no confirmation of order or address to assure the delivery is going to the right place. I found this out only after they tried to deliver and order to the wrong address that I had used previously despite my primary address being properly listed. On reordering I discovered that there is no place to confirm the address once you place payment, nor a confirmation showing your order and address, which means you won't find out anything was wrong until they try to deliver.

Not user friendly. Apparently you can't use a 20% off promo code if you have any other specials in your cart, even if you do have other, regular priced items as well, but it won't actually *say that* at check out. I got a pop up saying my purchase had to be for more than $0.00, which it obviously was, and had to figure out the real problem by process of elimination.

I haven't had any issues besides like some extra sauces not being in my bag, but I just wish they had more of a selection besides pizza, hoagies, chicken and more bread. I really wish they had an option for salads instead of cookies and brownies. I have never ordered their dessert options because I can make those at home for less. But especially now that its summertime, it would be the most convenient time because of all the fresh vegetable options. The menu just gets boring after a while.

Absolutely love the pizza, everytime. Highly disappointed tonight though. This local store closes at 11pm, so I placed an online order from work at 10:29pm. I only felt comfortable doing this, because it never takes any longer than 20min to prepare and deliver to my address. (I'm, literally, 3min from the store) Got hm a few min ago and immediately looked for the box, on the counter...nothing. They didn't even have the decency to call to cancel my order, they sent an email.
