This app falls short particularly in performance. The unnecessary white display with loading bar and prolonged 2-second vibration response when adding cart items. The placement for removing items from the cart is unclear, leaving users unsure about whether they are removing the top or bottom order. The website, though an alternative, is equally problematic with intrusive pop-ups and a navigation bar that cuts off 25% of the screen. Use the website, despite its own problems, the app is garbage.

I got the app to store a gift card I received. However, when you save a gift card to the app, you can no longer use it in store because you need the pin number off the card, which is not saved in the app. The only way to use it is to order through the app and pick up in store, which I found out when I had to step away from the counter and fight with a slow, buggy app for ten minutes just to place my order. Useless.

The menu is blank and I cannot order anything from this app. I've tried it the other day, cleared my cache, closed it and reopened it. Still the menu doesn't populate. Tried it again just now. No menu. Cleared cache, closed app. Reopened it. Still no menu. Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no menu. Guess I'm not getting breakfast with y'all

I hate this app. Nothing ever loads. It doesn't matter if I'm using wifi or mobile data it just doesn't work. If I let it sit open for 20 minutes, I might get lucky enough to actually use it but usually I give up and go to the website on my browser instead. It also likes to freeze when I try to checkout. My phone isn't old either it's a galaxy 23 ultra.

UPDATE 15-Dec-2023: Every single time I try to make an order, the best case is that it takes three tries. Sometimes, an order won't go through at all! This app is broken and needs to be fixed. The app leaves a little bit to be desired. I couldn't figure out how to add a gift card to my profile except during Checkout, and then, I had to have the presence of mind to check the "Add this card to my profile" box, which is unchecked by default. Also, images fail to load more often than not.

I bought a gift card thinking it would be an easy way to pay next time I was in person and there is no way to just scan to pay at the counter, like all other apps. It was hard to find (already loaded to the app) and I ended up paying with my card. If other stores have this figured out, I'm not sure why this was so challenging. It was frustrating when I had already spent the money. The only option is to order before. Please make it easy to pay in person and I'll change the rating.
