Poorly written app. The moment you loose connection, the app fails. I had a reward picked out, but with no signal at the restraunt I go to, I can't use the app. I actually have to take screen shots and print it out to take into the store. How crazy is that? And I can't even use the app on the computer, so I am transferring files from different devices just to print!!! Add to that this is the slowest program EVER!

The app defaults to the closest location at install and it cannot be changed. It will show other locations but cannot change. Literally the only way to update your order location is to uninstall the app and reinstall when you are at or near the location you want to order from. If you overcome that, items are frequently unavailable to order in the app for absolutely no reason. And unlike every other fast food app, they very rarely offer any deals in the app. Don't bother.

In a recent update, the app became VERY slow. On every fragment in the app, I would tap a button, wait one Mississippi two Mississippi three Mississippi, then the app responds with a loading dialog. This app used to be solid but now it's just so slow, laggy, not optimized. It took me forever to make an order, and it was so frustrating that I almost chose to just order from another restaurant. This is really bad for sales, not a good look Panda. Please fix this issue.

I kept having to go in and out to make sure i was getting delivery because it kept defaulting to pick up...Very slow... had to keep closing and reopening, lacking the option for sauces, and couldn't use my bday reward, not even to order a la carte. Finally got my order placed and get offered an app update!!!!!! I hope my order is right!

The app is okay. Not great, it gets the job done, butnits faster to order in person since the app builds in a minimum 15min wait time until your order will be ready. If you want to find nutritional info you have to leave the app and go hunt for it. Panda has a nutritional info calculator, but it isn't part of the app, or even linked to the app, and doesn't include "limited time" releases, such as the Chili Crisp Shrimp. You also can't look at the menu without first having to pick a location.

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it gives you points and you can order your food online ahead of time which is convenient. I gave it 2 stars instead of 5 because it is incredibly slow load, extremely slow in tap response time, and the process to redeem points is confusing and sometimes make no sense. The free upgrade point reward doesn't consider the bundles as part of the ones you can upgrade when all that's different is it includes a drink which is also just annoying.
