Unbelievable! First update to the app in over a year, to insert a camera tweak, totally ignoring the majority of users' complaints about the inability to connect remotely, through data or Emmy Wi-Fi other than your home Wi-Fi, rendering the whole system useless. The awfulness of this company's attitude to customers is beyond description.

Last year we had a fantastic home security system. We've not had one for at least 10 months now as theres a problem connecting to our wifi. It was an expensive camera and it's so disappointing. It's something to do with upnp. Panasonic please can you help????

The ability to access cameras is a matter of luck. Most times the cameras don't get connected rendering the app useless.

The worst app and the alarm system. A complete waste of money. The parts are so expensive. The app itself is not supported or maintained.
