Worst app that I've ever used.... Can't get my air conditioner to log on to my router and I've followed the instructions properly. My other smart devices took one attempt to integrate. If I could give this a zero, both for the App and Wifi hook-up methodology, I would. I'm totally fuming out of utter frustration!! 🤬

Worst app! Spent 12g on my system to have an app that barely works. Timers never actually come on. Tried on a few devices and same problem. Get your act together Panasonic!!

Connects fine to WIFI fine over WEP. Cannot connect the app to the AC. Keeps saying network error over and over. (2.4GHz and 5GHz both)

Very good app to keep an eye on power usage but an absolute pain to set up if you don't have home internet. You will need 2 phones to setup and then just 1 after it's done. Voice control is ok. I think Panasonic heat pumps are very efficient if used properly and sized correctly for the space it is heat/cooling and seeing the power usage on the app confirms that. Example I can get 0.525kw per hour on a 9kw heating heat pump. 2.1kw over 4hours. This is set at 21c and in quiet mode.

I have to log in to the app often, despite having ticket of the remember log in. The app work but seems a bit old and I would like the ability to see more of the data/setting that I can do from the locaø display, like consumtion, production and COP.

My main reason for the app is to give me remote override of a schedule. This doesn't really work, I turn the system off with the app, and 5 minutes later it might just turn on again, or I turn it on when working late and it just turns itself off again a few minutes later. If you edit a schedule it doesn't take effect until some unknown time later (if at all). Completely unreliable.
