Sadly, from inside this app cannot seem to figure out where in the app to follow up on reports. The previous app the City had, you could follow up on reports very easily. Hope they improve this feature.

Oh my God this app sucks! First of all you can't sign in without reporting an issue. There is no sign in on the opening page. Second of all it is slow as hell. third of all if you try to report an issue on the fly like if you're walking and you see graffiti you have to go through about six different menus to actually submit it. And then and only then it asks you to sign up. Like on the fly. So when you get home you try to sign up. But it the sign up doesn't work. So you hit forgot password. No g

Ability to follow up on reports is made difficult to find and does not include the photos submitted. This feature needs a great deal of improvement.

You have got to be joking! Please tell me IT is still working on it! So far, after waiting for downloads to get done, I was told Palm Springs doesn't have any parks. Looked for news about where they found West Nile mosquitoes but wouldn't give any info. Looked to see where the cooling centers were and got headline but wouldn't say where they are. I'm hoping since this is a new app that this is the usual cliche that new programs pull.
