Easy to use....one change that would be helpful: when searching for Stations, key by name and then location rather than location then name. For example: searching for King's Cross.....app has you search for London King's Cross (prevents duplicates) but I would rather see King's Cross London and display all the other potential matches

You need to really get to know the app to enjoy it's perks, like split tickets. Sadly the process of buying tickets is confusing. Because I already chose the train I wanted from the list I didn't expect the next step to change the train I selected. I ended up buying the ticket for the wrong train because the option for split tickets (which is always cheaper) showing up next to the full price actually was an offer for another train (slow one) going the same way at a later time. Very frustrating

A sign of a truly good company is how they handle the bad times. I was forced to book and cancel multiple times due partly to mistakes arising from unfamiliarity with the app, and partly due to the rail strike. Both cancelled tickets were promptly refunded (confirmed at my bank). And I did save quite a bit with their combined tickets. I can and will trust them again. They passed the test.

Awful experience, cashback unpaid, referrals not credited, slow customer service. I have been using them for a few months and put up with random Chinese errors and a gamified UI which promises way more than it delivers. If the app offers a single use discount, feel free to take advantage of it. But do not take any of the additional perks as they may not pay out or ever credit you with promised rewards. My general takeaway/advice is to stay clear

I got a railcard through this app because it was at a reduced price and was promoted on MSE. I had a lot of hassle trying to get a refund for a ticket a cancelled train. Then recently I changed my phone and the railcard disappeared from the app. I sent three messages asking for help. The response was slow. And when I got a reply it didn't solve the problem. YMMV but beware!

The app is ok, can make some savings but beware, if you plan a trip with two legs and then strike action strikes the first leg which means you have to cancel the entire trip by train and go by car, you won't get your money back for the second leg of your trip as strike action didn't affect that leg, lost about £50, could only recommend for single trips only.
