Codes seem to be poorly written..so many issues with login, update, etc... App not as user-friendly as grab or fastgo.....fares a lot more expensive than fastgo or grab..

Can't download a full report of the rides just like in grab. Only option is taking screenshots which is not practical. 😐 Also all details are not fitted in one screenshot.

Worst app, I try multiple time but I never get a ride, on other hand with grab we find driver with in minutes.

no manner taxi driver who accept bookings and frequently bother passenger to cancel the trip should be removed as it waste passenger's time and energy and sooner or later no one would use bothersome Oway because of its many dog driver in human skin. Driver who don't know how to follow on the map to pick up passenger and lead to the destination should not be qualified as the Oway driver as this unqualified stupid driver are most troublesome as they frequently accept order of very far far location
