Ok but the places that the reports are sent to can take days to weeks to even be looked at & if it's illegal parking, it needs to be done in a timely manner. Doesn't allow you to add updates to a report it edit it, can only add 1 image which is often not enough. Can't set my details to anonymous or private. Don't always get notified of when I can leave a review on the report and when I check, the review time limit has expired. Customer support very unhelpful. Great idea though.

Slow, laggy to load menu (finding incidents in your area loading), no quick search for incident function, picture resolution sent to authorities are really low, and for some reason, always incorrectly angled e.g. 90 degrees counterclockwise for both photos taken with the app and selecting a photo from the gallery. New workflow is a step backward in my opinion. Yet, there are no other app like this. Innovative and actually helpful in resolving issues. Just some fine tuning and it's perfect.

App needs a way for us to see how many reports were made in our area in relation to the same thing or location.

Great App. Great Service. Any Council related issues are resolved with a matter of days through this app. whoever came up with this idea of collaborating with Councils through this app is a Genius. I would recommend every citizen of Melbourne Metro to get this app and forget about chasing up councils over the phone and waiting to speak to someone for hours. All you need to do it, Snap your problem, Send it over to the Council and Booom ! it gets Solved / Resolved. I am sure you will thank me

I can only assume the app is dodgy, have reported the same issue to council on 3 separate occasions, since April and the same oh&s issue is still there, it claims my report has being viewed but it's not snap, send solve. It's snap possibly send, but no solve.

Gives out wrongful information about local government issues especially parking. Spoken to the developer about this a couple of years back. Can only now add 1 photo to report an issue. Was a great idea but deteriated. It's handy for reporting minor issues like shopping trolleys etc. That's about it.
