Another useless Oticon app. Doesn't do a thing and doesn't get you any help. Tried for days. This company is a complete zero. Only good thing about Oticon is a 60 day return policy. They aren't hearing aids...they're NOISE AMPLIFIERS.

The remote care app on my phone is fantastic. Multiple pieces of information concerning my hearing aids and the ability to turn up the volume or turn down the volume via my phone is very nice because I do not have to pinch my ear to up or decrease my volume. Gives me good access to my battery level.

I'm so disappointed with this app. I have given up using it. I started using it when I got my me hearing aids. Right away the problems started. We keep kept reconnecting them but it never worked. Please fix it. I really miss it.

I'm actually surprised at how well this works. With everyone being locked down and quarantined during this pandemic this is where this app can really shine. I had a few adjustments made and tested them but I've got a few more that will need to be done. I'm holding off on the 5th star until I can get those few remaining issues resolved. If you need your hearing aids adjusted call your audiologist book a virtual appt and get it done. Easy Peasy.
