Needs updating to operate properly with android phone updates. Worked ok until phone updates.... now can't get control on streamer.. Also needs a help file!

Although it's working properly with iPhone, the Android app is rubbish. If I set to play music only manually, almost impossible to connect to the device. Every time when I press the Take Control button, that says the device is used by another app. If I set automatically, that works, but I don't like that settings. The sound quality is really bad. The music sounds like I listen something in a box. No low frequency. Terrible. Originally I bought this for listen music, but I had to buy a big one headset (big enough to cover my hearing aid) to listen music in good quality. When the incoming call or music is connecting to the device, the hearing aid volume is turning up and the environment noise will be very loud. This can't be adjustable, so I every time have to disable the environment microphone to hear anything

As others have said, this app has not been updated for the new operating systems. It is at best problematic and at worst, unusable. For what they charge for this system, they should be ashamed.

Most of the time this app works just fine, and offers a nice range of remote control functions for the streamer. Major hickups happen only when establishing or reestablishing the Bluetooth connection. The app is often unaware that the connection has been established and stays stuck with the "Connecting with the Streamer" message.

State of the art Streamer controlled by this very very poor app that is not fit for purpose, and has not been updated since 2016. Do not buy the Streamer thinking this app will give you control. Should have been brilliant.

Need to fix app. I can't use now, always asks to "take control", & I can't take control. Please address this issue. Apparently it has been a problem for a while. ☹
