This App is a total mess and sheer waste of time. It was a war before being able to capture and after processing for some minutes, the app shut down abruptly with the notice: Osun Pension has stopped: close App Send feedback options. Why subject our aged parents to untold palava? Please find solutions to these and other logged complaints! Downloaded the update few minutes after the above complaint but it stopped likewise after loading for some time.

The app is not done by professionals,i wonder why pictures can't be called from the device.Anyway,the app is very bad.Sincerely speaking I urge it to be built from the scratch.I enjoin you to use react native.

thanks the app is now OK and easy to use but the first person I verify is yet to receive his verification number and anytime I try to verify again it says the person have already verify pls what can do to get the verification number

Good morning. Please how to do we resolve the issue regard those with wrong number or no number. Majorly those people having issues like the Retiree number, BVN and Photo do not match or the BVN service is currently unavailable.. Please I will appreciate to hear your response about this complain.. We have a lot of people with this issue and they are worrying sick, I'm sure you are aware some of those old people cannot work freely up and down.. Some are on the sick bed.
