With OSUM Cabs, reliable car services are at your fingertips. Fast, affordable booking is available 24/7 with multiple payment options, including: cash, credit card, and eWallets.
Booking an OSUM Driver is easy with the OSUM Cabs App:
• First, download the OSUM Cabs app.
• Complete account registration and tell us where you want to go and type of vehicle you need.
• The app uses your location to notify the Driver where to pick you up.
• After booking is complete, you’ll receive the Driver’s details, including: picture, vehicle license and registration number, type of vehicle, contact information, and GPS location to track arrival.
• Payment can be made online via credit card, eWallet, or bank account. Cash payments can be made to the Driver.
• Upon arrival at your destination, you can rate the Driver and the ride to provide helpful feedback so that we may improve our services.
When using the OSUM Cabs app to book your trips, whether to the airport or around town, you will have additional services to make your transportation needs more efficient.
With the OSUM Preferred Network, you have the option to build a list of Driver’s that you prefer to book with. You can also share this list with fellow OSUM Rider’s to create a wider network of trusted drivers.
OSUM Riders have the option to book pick-ups and drop-offs in advance, on a re-occurring basis. This can be for daily, weekly, or monthly rides.
With our pay-per-kilometer rate, there are no surprise fees at time of payment. Rates will not change based on time of day and all applicable fees and taxes are included in the final total.
Ride with confidence knowing that EVERY OSUM Driver is fully and properly insured in case of accident or injury during the booked trip.

App Permissions
