Stupid and useless app. Cant even connect to the chair. Why dont you just install normal bluetooth speaker to the chair which connects easier to phones.

All we want is to check if there are new programs to download. Not sure why OSIM wants to make life so difficult for us. Have to register, do a 2FA, scan the barcode behind the chair. Barcode scanner doesnt work. In the end we gave up. What negative reaction you have invoked in us. Total pain in the ass

I have Samsung s8+. Installed the app, it isn't able to Bluetooth connect to my uLove massage chair no matter how many times I tried. I refreshed Bluetooth setting on the massage chair, this app can't detect the massage chair at all. When click on pair massage chair from app, it lead me to a page to choose massage chair to pair. But I can't see any chair appeared

Too intrusive. Upon installtion wants location, phonebook and storage acess. Its spyware.
