I loved this app! Unfortunately, the only way to start it is to push a menu button, which my newer phone doesn't have. I hope they update the app someday. It's been a few years and they haven't yet though. :( Oh well. It was great while it lasted. :)

This app series going 1-15 , over the course of six monthes has helped me to learn of the inherent nature trapped in us all. Its taught me of mindfulness meditation, the use of mantras to tame a cloudy mind and certain zen techniques. Its really had an impact on my life and I totally recommend it to anyone starting out!

For all those on whose phones it doesn't work...try pressing and holding the return key (bottom right hand corner) at the bottom of the phone for a few seconds... the meditation options pop up. It works for me now.

I am trying to get back into guided meditation after being out of it for years. Wow! Don't remember it being so incredibly intense. I started with Lesson 6 and I felt drawn into an Avantar like world. The music was compelling, the speaker drew you softly into the guided meditative state and it was a beautifully unique experience that I certainly didn't expect on my first meditation in some 20 years. And it was for Free! Thank you!
