Can't recommend. Ordered a meal from McDonalds a few months ago, they decided to put on only 1 driver on a Friday night. Arrived 2 and a half hours later without extras promised when I phoned them about the late delivery. When I phoned them about the missing extras I was promised a partial refund (order was £33), but that never came. Might as well order a nice takeaway with good service and sensible staff!

Terrible company, no stability, never enough drivers in my area so they pick and choose which takeaways they want to deliver from, and they dont even answer emails applying to be a driver!! Appauling business practice in general.

waited for just over an hour, didnt get the full meal, tried ringing - no answer. messaged the live chat to ask where it was; was met by a customer service rep who didnt answer any of my questions and was instead quite rude. told me 20 mins till my food arrived after around 10 minutes of talking to them trying to sort it. 40 mins later - no food. messaged them a few times asking where it was, no reply until 10 minutes later telling me the order was just sent. wont be using again.

Took them 2 hours to rectify an order. Food arrived cold. Low response time to rectify their mistake. Won't use again.

use to be the best thing ever..but as of late had to wait up to 2hrs for cold food..and now when i message to see what time they are delivering i get no reply
