It works. But in my case the search results of nearby stores were quite inaccurate, even I was in front of a store. Worse than that, there's no other way to search stores, such like search on map, or even a standard search bar with text. No way to save/bookmark any stores, so that option is also not available.

This works OK, but some coupons/menu items still show up in Japanese only, even if you're using the English version. Also, it doesn't seem to allow me to use Edy or Docomo card to get points.

Used for the first time in a store in Yokohama (Hoshikawa) and the experience was exceptional. Extremely fast and accurate. The app have only need information, but for the first use is not so easy to understand. I'm not a big fan of MC, but with this feature may I start to come often.

The UI is little bit complicated. Current store is not saved, need to select it again. If I checked in inside it's convenient to skip store selection if I make new order immediately after the previous. Unable to add my Rakuten point card. The UI of selection of the store on the map is not intuitive.

Fast and convenient when ordering, especially when they are busy. My only complaint is I can't order drinks with no ice. I think it is great.

I tried inside mcdonald store thinking that will be possible to ask something at table. But the app is designed for who is outside the store..

If you have already used McDonald’s official app, you can log in with the same ID and password.Not sure what was your password? Reset it by tapping on "Forgot your password?“. Please make sure you can receive email from info@nsp.mdj.jp.

== Step 2: Select a restaurant ==
Select a restaurant nearby, where you want to pick up your order. The app will list participating restaurants, and their opening hours.

== Step 3: Place your order ==
Pick out delicious food, or choose coupons you want to use from the same deals offered on the McDonald’s official app.

== Step 4: Choose how to pick up your order ==
① Choose if you want your food ‘for here’ or ‘to go’
② If you choose ‘for here’, choose if you want to pick up your food at a front counter, or get your food brought to your table (at participating restaurants only)
③ If you have chosen to get your food brought to your table, look for the table delivery sticker on the table, and enter the table number in the app* Available hours and options will vary per restaurant.
* Drive-Thru is not supported.
