I've waited in the bus stop for 35 min, no bus passed. I was there 20 min before the scheduled arrival time and 15 min after. I accidentally activated my ticket and even though I lost my ticket I not bothered. The information on the app screen said that the bus reached the destination i put in... It was -2C⁰ not fun waiting for a bus that doesn't come.

Rätt så otroligt att man kan utveckla en applikation som är så otroligt värdelös att det ser ut som om den var designad av förskolebarn. Antar att man inte kan förvänta sig så mycket.

Tyckte det lät riktigt bra, att kunna ha biljetten i mobilen men - om jag och chauffören förstår rätt - så kan jag inte ens åka buss utan internet! [Jo, det går faktiskt och tur är väl det] Har också, i likhet med många andra, kontinuerligt trassel med att få QR-koden att fungera med läsaren i bussen - det är helt värdelöst. När jag köpte biljetten genom appen, tog jag för givet att det skulle fungera med NFC som är en modern, mycket smidig lösning. Tummen ner för QR-kod i det här sammanhanget!

Allt innehåll är direkt hämtat från hemsidan vilket gör att en del av innehållet är helt ologiskt. Det finns även flikar för köpta och expirerade biljetter men inget sätt att köpa biljetter vilket gör det hela ett överflöd av tid och energi.
