mediocre experience. a pain to use on the best of days, combined with bad policies from the security estate, what should have been easy and convenient is a drag and painful experience to enable entry for ourselves or guests/deliveries

Version 6.2.9 gives a location error after scanning the QR code. The issue has been resolved in version 6.2.18.

It's fast and good condition

we used to use glo visitor which had the same look and feel as I-gate, however on glo visitor I got notifications when visitors arrived. With i-gate I don't get notifications and it's expremely frustrating not be notified when someone arrives at the gate. I have checked all my settings and notifications are on in all the areas they are meant to be set as on. Please fix this urgently!
