While I think this app is a good idea, I do think it should be an option. I don't care for the increase in cost as others have expressed, too. I sent my wife the invite, and after about an hour, including a call to tach service, we finally got it to work on her phone. Now I find that it changes my location to Texas quite often. I'm in Florida. EDIT* Been using it for a few months now. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it for any emergencies, so I can't rate that part. But the location still doesn't work most of the time on my phone or my wife's phone.

Your company is doing mass marketing on this app nationally and guess what... the application isn't even out of its testing phase so I can't use it without being invited to it first. Maybe you should update the details of the app on Google play to represent that key piece of info. I'll adjust my rating once I can actually use the app very dissatisfied. Good day!

It's a good app though it does bother me that you have to have your sharing to see everyone else's. Should be able to disable yours and still see others while being the head of the family. As well as be able to set boundaries on this app. Would have given 5 stars if not for these simple options not available.

The app is useful but only if your states side but if your not and theres is an emergency you cant connect to it with your location, if my family was in real danger and I was deployed I couldn't even use this app to get them help, the concept of the app is good but the overall execution of it could be better and more though out, just because I'm not in country doesn't mean that my family cant still have emergencies or I might still need to get them help if a situation arises where they cant.

Was great but now going down hill fast. I'm paying for a service that is constantly inaccurate and hardly updates when i click refresh. Shows family locations that are 60 minutes to 17 hours old. The app is constantly updating, like 8 times a day. Get it together OnStar!!!

When this app is updating in the background, it will disrupt use of the screen. I couldn't figure it out until I noticed the notif. each time and force stopped the app.
