Completely useless. App wont accept my password. I can log in successfully into the desktop website, which doesnt allow you to book so it's useless. But using the same info or even resetting to a new password the app simply will not recognize me. A terrible user/app experience for an otherwise truly excellent nanny service

It crashes all the time. I have tried to update my families photo at least 6 times and it crashes every time. I have tried to book a sitter and it crashes.

Constant crashing, logs me out randomly, doesn't display new assignments when they come up, doesn't update the status of assignments when changes are made on the client's end, and the most recent update made the "submit timesheet" button appear over the typing area no matter how much text is entered, so I can't see what I've written. What seemed like a really convenient way for an on-the-go BUCA nanny to take care of time sheets and scheduling has been nothing but a disappoinment.

the format is confusing, it won't let me fill out my time sheets without being connected to a home wifi, i can't see a map of clients location and the names sometimes does not appear so i don't know who i am talking too when i arrive at a clients house. sorry to be so negative, it has just been hard to deal with on the daily. hope things get better though :)

Very clumsy with new update. the month view does not show days highlighted that I have entered availability for. used to show. now you have to scroll day by day to enter your availability and review. very inadequate for busy sitters to check against your personal calendar for days you could be available
