This app, along with the collar, are absolutely terrible. Basically, nothing works. I'm on my second collar now and neither one have worked. And to try to get it to work is a ridiculous procedure and amount of time. DO NOT BUY! At this point, I'm going to fix the underground wire system this was meant to replace and try to not think about the $1500 that went right down the toilet.

I had no issues at all creating a new account with the app and getting set-up. Some of the older reviews mentioned issues registering, but SpotOn must have fixed it all up. I created a new account in the app, it sent me an email I had to confirm, and then I logged back into the app. Easy.

The app has been working very smoothly for me, and this smart collar has been a godsend for me! My dog doesn't seem to mind and I'm so much more at ease when I leave her outside to play

I am trying to register and the app crashes. Then i have to enter my info all over again, then crashes again. So far we are not impressed.

After getting to learn how to use the app it was wonderful. It is perfect for finding our dog and keeping them in the fence.

In the beginning I thought this was the best thing ever for our dog. We live on a highway and needed reliable, but flexible containment for our dog. Since she also has play dates with her siblings, we needed something that we could use at other locations with a quick setup. I thought this was the dream answer. Boy was I completely wrong!! After the first month, the training went well and we were well on our way. She learned quickly, but then the Cell service disruptions started. The dog would get shocked in the MIDDLE of the yard without warning. Then it would start beeping INSIDE the house. Then finally she was SHOCKED without warning INSIDE the house. I took the collar off to reboot it and while holding the power button down, the sceen glitched and went black. It never turned on again!! I have tried repeatedly to contact support. At first, I was asked stupid questions about the collar being in forest mode, what ever that is, but the collar is dead didn't seem to register in their minds so they kept asking if it was in forest mode. IT'S DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. I contacted them about a replacement a few times with no response. Meanwhile, my dog has NO containment....on a highway. I tried contacting them for my money back. No response. It's $1,500!! It should last longer than 6 months!!
