About this app

Whistle is a continuous monitoring of needs and provisions based on location. It alerts (or Whistles) when matching entities are nearby. So, the nearest provider finds the nearest consumer, or vice versa, and they get connected for immediate provision.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Providers create Provider Whistles with their skills/interest.
Consumers use the app to locate nearby Whistlers, who can help cater to their needs.
If consumers do not find their problem-solving Provider Whistlers, they can create Consumer Whistles to get notified when matching provider Whistlers are nearing.

Whistle consists the following elements

1. Interests/Skills of Whistlers can be added as a tag; up to 10 tags can be used to get the matching process done. For example, Acting driver.
2. Whistle has an expiry time for the whistle to disappear. The time elapses range from anywhere between 1hr to NEVER.
3. Whistle has a radius to limit receiving alerts. They will be alerted when their match is nearing anywhere between 2 and 200KM. (depending on the radius chosen)
4. Whistle can have up to 5 images added per Whistle.
5. A user can have both Consumer and Provider Whistles, and can have any number of Whistles.
6. Whistlers can turn off/on if they want to get real time matching when they are moving.
