I have been using this app and its services for many years. The cabs arrive in time, they are clean and drivers are well mannered. Also these days they (app officials) call you after your trip so you can inform them directly. Overall pretty good experience.

Pathetic cab service provider. They will just take booking money from you and will not confirm cab details instead they'll call u and say the rates are inflated you'll have to bear it. It been more than 24 hrs, my arrival is on 14th may and they haven't provided me cab details for generating epass which has to be generated 24 hrs prior. One of utter disgraced service even after taking 500rs as service charge. Good for nothing

3rd class service. They just book ride and take money and after that no cab details provided and end of the time they say driver not available. My suggestion to all please don't book any ride here otherwise you have to cancle your trip and you will on trouble. Very bad service
