For this apps, it gave me difficulty to correct my passport details. This apps is not a user friendly. Also, it won't allow me to add my miles point. Airline service is good. Airport staff is okay. Still they won't help me to put my Sindbad point or whatever they call it. It keeps on saying its a wrong ticket number. Tried calling their hotline and email them, both just replied to me as they can't add it without reason at all or steps how I can have it. Etihad still better in rewarding terms.

Booked to Amman on flight of 16 July 2021. It has been cancelled without notification. Also tje response of the application is very slow and poor.

Booked tickets last year and still no answer. No reply for emails and they're avoiding all enquires for customer. Never thought Oman air is Such a Haram company with such policies. Booked tickets with all our hard earned money and they chose to serve their customers this way.. Never ever will book or fly with Oman air ..

Don't Use this Application for Ticket bookings. January 2020 we booked 4 tickets in Oman Air, Unfortunately it was cancelled, We are contacting them for Last 16 Month's for the refund, but no response expect request id. They only allow us to contact by e-mail, and brilliantly they will avoid our emails for refund. Very poor customer service. Please think twice before using this Application for Ticket bookings.
