In the most recent update, food logging changed format, and it's much more difficult to navigate. I end up being less specific because you can't edit previous entries or if you make a mistake, you can't fix it, you have to start over. Also, the new format makes it hard to see the full entry... the spacing is weird. Other than the food logging issues, I like everything else about it.

This is a review for the program as well as the app. As a whole is why I give 3 stars. This is more DIY and not very beneficial if you're looking for more direction. The weekly lessons are helpful for information, but the food log might as well be a Word doc since it doesn't tell you calories, nutrition, etc. The coach you're assigned to checks in every now & again, but you don't have anyone holding you accountable for making the right food choices or seeing if you're exercising.

The lessons are somewhat helpful. But there's no accountability to this program. No person to person interaction. They have you weigh yourself everyday. That's not healthy, that's the opposite if healthy. Also, the app has permissions to use my health tracker info, but it only gathers the information sporadically, so might have my steps, might not. Overall, it's free so why not, but otherwise, don't bother

Have had issues with the step counter sinking with Samsung health app also issues with logging in food as the app doesn't seem to be able to keep up. Other than that I'd say it's a descent app that keeps you on point, I like the weight tracker portion of it with the scale.

Con is it disconnects from my tracking apps often so not accurately tracking steps. otherwise great program. helpful coaches- very helpful and supportive, not pushy. decent tracking capabilities otherwise than thestep counter issue ive been having- may just be my phone. helpful educational courses and community messaging board options, recipes, etc. this program is more for healthy eating rather than calorie counting. highly recommend overall!

I didn't get much out of Omada. The lessons were very rudimentary, I'm sure they're perfect for beginners but I honestly didn't learn a thing. In fact, I found everything rudimentary. The food logging, the weight tracking, the lessons, all disappointing. I gave it 3 stars because I know some people would get a lot out of it, but anyone who is moderately knowledgeable will find this useless.
