This app is by far the worst food app that I have ever used. Anytime that you change a location for one of your favs, you need to reinter your credit card. It has an option to take a pic of your card, but it doesn't work. Then, when you do finally hand key your credit card info, for tlyour saved fav item, it rejects the card. I am always on the go and want to order my customized drink and I constantly need to manually enter a credit card. It seems that it links the credit card with the store loc

Works great... But... I love the acai bowls here, but when you order thru the app, it doesn't give you an option to add almond butter, only peanut butter. I know other people might want this option too. It IS an option at the store, just not the app. Very annoying.

Trying to log into the app leads me to a separate web site which gives an error that I cannot login. Then upon refreshing, I'm logged in to the web site, except I'm still not logged into the app and there is an error.

Edit. Can not order. Always says its unavailable. Worst app. After update, keeps declining my card. Why is there so little customization on orders? Why cant we make our own creation based on what you have available, like we CAN do in the store? Almost every other mobile ordering app does...

Its ok it would be better if you can link up your rewards card to the app so you can have a bar code to be scanned instead of digging around looking for the card you can just show them on the phone through the app
