It works only if you order one of their recipes. Try to customize a pizza and you will waste the next 15 min trying to have it ordered correctly only to discover that the order becomes tangled upon arrival at the store. Finally got the order correct after multiple edit attempts, then the app would not let me place the order. It got stuck on the same "continue" button and couldn't move on. I gave up, called the store, completed the order in under 90 seconds. 1 star is too much, more like 1/4

It works as long as there are no issues with your order. I ordered a gluten free pizza for $18. I received a call informing me they were out of gluten free dough, so I changed it to one of the keto trays. It was a Tuesday, so the keto tray should have only been $12, but I received no reimbursement for what I over paid.

The app works well, but don't really use it often since it doesn't allow the "pay in store" option so we can never partake in the specials since they are only offered online and we don't use banking or have a debit card. 😔 It would be 5 stars if they changed it to allow "pay in store" for a payment option.

The app only works in a linear fashion. It forces a user to enter a store and pickup method before allowing them to see item choices. I don't make my selections/orders this way. I would like to see the menu before I enter the details for an order. I also am not expecting a franchise to be offering location specific items. If they are, there must be a better way to present that to the user.

Love their pizza but the app needs some improvement. Number one on the list should be to allow you to see the menu without having to start an order process. Sometimes I don't know what I want to order and would rather just look at the menu and then start the order process rather than starting the order process before you get to the menu.

It was nice to have an app to make ordering easier, but not this app. Did I add cheese or take it off? I can't tell. So unclear and difficult to navigate. It was nice to see them jumping on the keto train and having options for me, but if you are going to have keto friendly options, maybe do your research and make sure they are. Because some of what they are offering as "keto friendly" is far from.
