I initially enjoyed being able to use this app, as it makes the current frustration we're all dealing with a bit more bearable. But now, since the latest update, the app won't recognize any location I'm nearby to be able to order from. It appears for a brief moment, then disappears and only shows store I've ordered from previously. Needless to say, this has made it impossible for me to order anything for pickup or delivery because it won't see any locations.

App is fairly easy to use for online ordering, but has been very frustrating recently. Pay close attention when using the reorder feature. Normally works well, but at least once it removed all the special order instructions, specifically the need for gluten-free noodles. The app is also very inconsistent as far as correctly rewarding customers for meeting their challenges. I've made special trips to successfully meet multiple challenges, and never received the rewards. Use caution!

Good app for ordering, etc. Only problem is it won't keep my credit card, even though the box is checked... so I have to pull out my wallet each time. Would be nice if that feature worked.. looks like you just added Google Pay to the app. That works, so I dont have to go find my card each time I order, but the regular pay in the app, still won't hold the credit card.

New App Sucks. Not sure who convinced you to change it, but big mistake. The app is too busy and too many menu items. You can no longer scan receipts, thanks, I didn't get credit for my meal. Don't even understand your new rewards programs, I've been here so many times and I need 5k points for next level, whatever that means. Took something simple and easy and made convoluted and confusing. This is same reason I stopped visiting AMC w/their stupid Stubbs program.

We need N&C pretty often in my home. 2-3x a month. They charge $4.99 for delivery where I'm at. Food is never wrong. App is easy to use but at first it was hard to find the change noodle option but once found it was easy to use. Being logged on and ordering gets you points that are easy to use. Remembers my debit cards. Text updates. Never a late delivery. Overall no complaints. Pretty decent app, okay food, and good delivery.

The app used to be great, but the redesign is frustrating - having to login and enter payment information every time is very annoying and defeats the benefit of having an app in the first place. Update: it no longer makes me log in every time, but it's still a buggy app. I tried to use my birthday reward on an order ahead and it didnt confirm the order (the money was taken out of my bank then put back) and I lost the reward. I tried to use points on my order ahead and that wouldn't work either
