The menus are clunky and load slowly, not each menu item clearly states its price, menu items are more limited than what you can actually get at the restaurant, app offers are (slightly or more) confusing to use, and BIGGEST complaint - can't scan or enter paper coupons for mobile orders. It's like this app was developed by some corpo, dragging their feet just because EVERYONE has to have a mobile app.

It's a decent app and I use it all the time... The only problem is that I'm banking a lot of reward dollars and because I use the app and pick up, I'm unable to redeem them through the app.. which defeats the purpose.. standing in line during quarantine.. or in the endlessly long drive thru.. it lists an option in the payment section to use Banked reward dollars but it always says invalid when you try to proceed and even when you enter the online code in the email it never .. frustrating as hell

I ordered the shrimp taco lunch box. The app have me an option. For 50 cents extra, I could have specified breast meat. What part of the shrimp is the breast meat??? Anyway, I did not use that option. The shrimp tacos were very good, and there was a lot of food in the lunch box. My mobile order was ready to pick up at the time specified. Very good.

It's okay, but the app should allow you to use a coupon code AND pay with your reward points. Right now you can only do one because using reward points is very similar to using a coupon code.

I just got 1st delivery after downloading app but there was no pico de gallo included with any of my meals. Maybe I overlooked how to request such add-ons! . Oh and didn't get drink that was supposed to come w one meal !!! Like xtra dressing, pico de gallo etc .. ( would have paid if there was a charge for xtra dressing) I am disappointed for that reason

Company is running a promotion for free delivery all weekends long from 2/5 to 2/7. Every time I try to place an order I keep getting different errors. Tried to place an order using web, same issue. Contacted the company. Response, sorry 3rd party issues in the app and online not our responsibility. Way to run a business!!!
