No point expiration tracker!!!! Points expire 365 days from date earned but there is no explicit expiry date listed for points so I'm supposed to go back in my transaction history and calculate dates but then it only shows a limited number of transactions that don't go back 365 days. And no email or warning before points expire?! Wow!!! Points are useless if you can't use them!

Can't order baker without upgrade. The 4 piece chicken basket is 6.99. Described as including fries. But, it will not allow you to order without upgrading your order. No selection for just regular fries. If you try it States you must make a selection, yet all the selections require additional charge. False advertising at its best. I saw the commercial 20 times in the last 3 days. Do better!

DQ seems to be the only fast food restaurant that doesn't mess up my order. The food is great, and so are the treats. Sometimes, I don't get all 6 chicken stripes, I'll get 3 full-size and 3 mini. If they're small, they should throw in 2. I always order extra extra ranch, but they seem to not want to give it even if i pay for it. But it's still definitely worth it. Thank you DQ.

I've had this app for years. Very few places honor the app, but even then, half the time, you can't get your points for purchase. Regardless of where or what I buy, I average 0 points on here. For example, I purchase at least 3 cakes every year alone but have never been able to get any points for my purchases. They don’t even offer deals in the app. Only some locations have chocolate ice cream, and I only find out once I've wasted a trip. I love DQ as a whole, but this app is very useless

The app is easy enough to use, but the food customizations are extremely limited. The ability to choose chocolate ice cream in desserts doesn't exist! I don't like vanilla ice cream, so I can order dinner through the app, but never ice cream. I've tried adding chocolate syrup, but it doesn't anything like chocolate ice cream and it uses up one of the options to add extras into the blizzard. This is very frustrating. Just add chocolate ice cream to the app.

This app is 2-stars only because it's functional. I can put in an order and eventually receive it. However, there is no update to the status of your order after submitting, only an "estimated time." I have consistently waited 15+ minutes for this time, and then arrived to have no food started at any location I've ever been. On top of that, the deals are pathetic and restrictive, often unusable if you change so much as a side or add a drink. Worst mobile food app I've used yet.
