Very poor app, could not get it to work and I'm usually pretty savvy when it comes to apps. Had difficulty logging in when I finally did, could not order ahead. I finally gave up after half an hour and ordered in store. I'm uninstalling the app it's so frustrating.

Very Odd...... Wanted to purchase my Ice Cream with a Choclate Waffle Cone Bowl but all my local area stores had it listed for $99.99. I'm sure its an issue with the App as it's nowhere near regular pricing. Very disappointed and Frustrated. Also wish the item pictures were a lot bigger to see details.

The app will not allow you to order a pre-made creation. When you select an item and click add to basket you are presented with a dialog box that says "please select a size". However, there is no option anywhere to select a size. You are forced to use the "Create Your Own Creation" and rebuild your selection. I'm yet to see if what I ordered is what I will get.

Wrote a nice review about an employee, but couldn't see the "Submit" button. Had to copy and resubmit in a new window. Also I was told by help desk that there's a way to enter receipt info into the app for unclaimed points. I cand find it. Oh, and I dont see waffle cone pieces as a mix-in. Had to order by phone vs using the app.
