When the app is working it's fine. Ordering is relatively simple and special requests can be made if needed. That said, every other order I try to make I get "ordering is unavailable at this time" I don't know if the system is that unreliable or if it gets shut down during peak hours. So, I never use the app. This is extra frustrating because this means the whole point system is a waste. On that topic the reward system the points are tied to are needlessly complicated. Much improvement is needed

Can't even sign up and there's no "help" option. It keeps saying my email is invalid (so I tried a couple others and got the same result). Really frustrating.

Works fine, use it for paying/ loyalty. Rewards could be better, but at 25 bucks a visit I'll get a free shake on the 3rd visit. The pictures could be more HD, it's blurry.

Getting better!! This app is certainly getting better than the last time that I used it. Now there are deals and rewards. There is one big probablem how ever. If you log out, there no way to log in. The screen that says "Sign up or Log in, only allows me to sign up. There no way to log into my old account. Is there a way to transfer points? I don't know if my previous account had points, but I have been using the app for a few months and buying food with it since.

New update sucks, can't add veggies or change the spread used on your burger any more. Got rid of the options box where you could write a comment. Will have to stop going with being forced to wait in the drive thru and no option to order inside.

i have to uninstall and reinstall every time to get the app to work. logging in and out doesnt fix the home page, its frozen. galaxy note 9.
