This used to be my favorite restaurant & I use to have it as 5★, but now it's a 1★ burger joint. For the past 2 months I would go here several times a week, In fact I am only 3 visits away from the 1% club. But they updated their online ordering and took away all the options like grilled onions, mushrooms, extra burgers, or getting rid of the bun & all the other options. They just lost me as a customer & they lost everyone that works for me as well. Guess we'll go to Culver's now.

EDIT: New update buggier, now one star until fixed. This app needs to improve, especially with the company going public. Topping customizations removed from signature sandwiches, bun customization removed as well. It always says deliveries not available so you can't accrue rewards when using Grubhub/DoorDash instead. Selecting local store is difficult. App hasn't been updated since 2019 -- quit making it so difficult to take my money! Food is delicious, app is not good though.

Can't customize/add on anymore - why does the app even ask me if I'm gluten free but there's no ability to select lettuce instead of a bun? Now, you can only take away what comes on an item, but you can't add in any of the extras, rendering the app virtually useless. This change was also implemented on the online website order system too. Now, I'm inclined to use any of the other restaurants that are nearby who do have better online ordering systems than Burgerfi

The rewards tab stopped working. Once you click rewards, the app crashes. Same problem persist, the company refuses to fix the app. I'm starting to think it was purposely done so that customers would stop using rewards.

I can't change the location from my original location of pick up. Tried everything, nothing works. Used to be my favorite app to easily use but now, not so much

The latest update removed the option to customize. Now you can no longer can make any sandwich green style. You can only customize the standard burger and cheeseburger.
