Wow! I'm guessing someone is losing their job over this one. The App used to work just fine and I used it all the time. However, this most recent update has rendered it completely non-functional. It forced me to change my password and then continually crashed after (kind of) getting logged in. Applebee's is lucky their food is so good that I decided to boot up my computer and order from a browser instead (which is also pretty buggy as well).

Last 2 times I have used the app it's been impossible to pay for my order. I have had to go inside to order and pay. Makes ordering takeout or curb-side pretty easy. However I would love to be able to add extra dipping sauces but there's no way to make that request until you get to the restaurant.

Edit: Issues have been resolved, app works fine. I keep getting the same grey bar appearing at the top of the page now that says: "Poor connection, last updated Wednesday 5:35". This has shown up for over a month. I tried emailing to get this sorted out and never received a reply. I don't know if ordering will work as long as that message is there.

Was not a good experience. Ordered as a car side to go. Went to pick it up. Waited for a VERY long time, before I called them to tell them I was waiting. I did not receive all of my though I was charged for it. I didn't receive the additional things I added to my order as well though I paid the additional charge. I also added my tip to the Total cost of the bill and the server said no tip was added so my husband added another one!!! Extremely frustrating!!! WE will never order Curbside again!

I enjoy the app, and being able order online at ease, how detailed their products are, and seeing pictures for each items. I wish they keep their Brew Pub Pretzels and Beer cheese dip, I never get any when I want it. I don't live close to Applebee's either, so it's like once in a blue moon while that we go there. I really love their pretzels and beer cheese dip.

App is buggy! When we went to place a carside-to-go order, and got to the payment section, there was a glitch. Enter zip. We did. Scan card. We did. And at that point the app erased the zip code. Then we scanned the card and again the app erased the zip. We ended up calling in the order. Hope we won't get double-charged!
