It always drops internet connection. Now I've installed one of the other bases and be darned if I can't set it up. I reset the viewer. I've even tried to delete saved viewers so it will install. Viewers will not delete. So I'm stuck in the endless nothingness which makes it useless. I've also tried to scan the QR code on the unit as well as the booklet and I'm told the QR could not be seen. I've tried at least a dozen times.

Love it!! Don't have to worry about running wires, & if you don't have a nearby outlet you can use D batteries. Only wish it could be rechargeable cost of batteries every month or two adds up.

Cannot even sign up. App. says "Check network connection and try again". My connection is good and fast. Others seem to have this problem outside of the USA.

Had worked great until lately and camera became pixelated. I thought removing the device and reading it would fix the issue. However, I removed the camera from the app, and now I'm unable to "connect" to wifi, yet the British accent guy on the doorbell says wifi connected successfully. The app just spins and says not connected, connect to remobells wifi. I can't connect to the remobells wifi, without restarting the add device and rescan the qr code. I'm stuck in a loop here. Dumb.

Worked well at first. Now, every time i get a notification that movement was detected, the ap asks me for a password. I have it saved in autofill, but the ap tells me its wrong, then locks me out. The lockout says its for ten minutes, but it takes hours. I've reset passwords, uninstalled, updated....starting to think that it's not worth yhe hassle

can't connect app keeps asking for password, can't connect on demand, sometimes when trying to view images pictures are distorted. no Google support.
