Needs improvement! Every time I exit app I am signed out, meaning I have to sign in each time I use the app. -Product images are super slow to load. -The "add to shopping bag" button is available when shopping the higher end brands, Gap, Banana Republic and Athletica, but not Old Navy?!? Why? -Item ratings are not shown so you don't know if an item has 1 star or 5 until after you click on it.

This App gives access to OLD NAVY, GAP, BANANA REPUBLIC & ATHLETA. In the App each store has a tab above to shop from. While shopping at each store, you add your purchases to the cart then Check out with 1 cart from All Of The Stores! I also highly recommend getting an Old Navy & GAP credit cards (pay off b4 interest hits,lol) because they usually offer additional savings to your purchase when using the card & extra cash credit rewards too.

Every simple and helpful to use. I love that it pops up any coupons or check out codes you are available for at the bottom of the screen. It helps me plan my online shopping experience.

Laggy and does not update with current stock in stores. Got continuous orders cancelled because item was not there to pick up and it still showed as available. The app runs as if it was made within a day with no testing

Frustrating. Counter-intuitive. Sizes should be easier to find. I had NO idea more items were available under Tall and Petite due to poor layout for a LONG time. Hate how it auto scrolls and shown all the items when I selected only 1 item to view. If you buy something and then it's out of stock you can't go back and reference it which is bad! Why isn't there a wish list??? How am I supposed to remember or plan for future purchases? Pain using the back button, takes me 2x longer to shop!

I have $90 in Old Navy Rewards. When I went to check out, I was only given the option to use half of that ($45). Called customer service and was told that if I added a third item to my cart that was over $18, the other half of the Rewards would appear. It didn't. Overall, a very frustrating, complicated process, and in the end, I still wasn't able to use all of the Rewards money I had earned. The site was not at all user friendly, and I won't be shopping online at Old Navy again.
