On my latest trip, when I had 10 minute to go in my journey, I wasn't able to make a credit card payment during the ride. The payment button wasn't there. It deceivingly stated that my payment method was a credit card, but would not allow me to initiate a payment which I have been able to do in the past. At the end of the ride, I had to pay through cash or UPI. These restrictions on when you can pay with a credit card, lest you fall back to cash or UPI, are backwards and customer-unfriendly.

Most of the times the drivers demand extra money and even worse are the cars that they drive around, feels completely worn out, outside and inside, seats all torn up and so dirty and dusty interiors... 7 out of 10 times I had this experience with ola.. I started using other apps due to such worse drivers and cars. The experience with other apps is much better compared to ola... doesn't look like ola inspects the vehicles the drivers drive around before enlisting them.. horrible experience..

Pathetic app. The automated customer service is just for namesake. Also, it seems like they don't do any background check before partnering drivers. The drivers extort cash from you even though you choose online payment and you can't do anything because one the drive is ended there is no way to contact Ola customer service except through the automated option which is useless. Never using this app again. They are a bunch of frauds.

Title: Unpleasant Ola Auto Experience. My first Ola experience fell short of expectations. I booked an auto through the app, and initially, things were smooth - on-time arrival and a prompt journey. However, post OTP verification, the driver insisted on cash or cancellation, despite choosing Ola postpaid. This led to an uncomfortable situation, with the driver asking me to alight in the middle of the road. It was inconvenient and embarrassing, especially with family around.

Booked a car and upon pick up time it wasn't there and then the ride was just cancelled so we were left stranded without a ride and no-one would accept the ride then. Also the in all customer support doesn't work. Neither option is correct apparently. Drivers keep accepting fares then trying to charge extra and want you to contact them outside the app. They should not be allowed to put a phone number into the chat.

I was charged a late payment fee which I paid as well. However, as a gesture requested for a waiver considering my usage and payment history. I tried through get the needful done through the App but repeatedly got the message as no fee detected. Post which sent an email 2-3times however I am getting an automated response mentioning to follow the steps on the App (btw wrongly mentioned in the mail) which is already done by me. Highly disappointed.
